They write from Straſburgh that Urſula van der Leyen, Preſident of the European Commiſſion, has made repreſentations unto Canada, that that ſtate ſhould be admitted to the European Union as an aſſociate member, ſo as to gain an advantage in trade, in anſwer to the hoſtile duties of the United States. Vilne, Lithuania, Sept. 15. We are told that a flying drone was ſeen in the ſkies of Lithuania, its origin ſeeming to have been in White Ruthenia, and that an air-craft of N.A.T.O. engaged this hoſtile device, and deſtroyed it utterly. (BBC, )
